How I turned my life around in just 3 months: The power of persistence.
One day I woke up and realized that I am at my late 20s and my life is a total mess. I was totally out of shape, I was having doubts about myself, my confidence level was shallow, I had no savings and most importantly I was heading nowhere. All these thoughts made me sad so I took out the phone and scrolled through some reels. 🤪 There were some funny memes but after a few a reel something interesting showed up on my screen. It was about persistence and it clearly stated that the most powerful thing in the world was persistence.
I stopped scrolling and looked for the meaning of the word persistence.
“Persistence: the fact of continuing in an opinion or course of action in- spite of difficulty or opposition.”
Then to kill more time I watched videos on YouTube on the same topic. That’s when the universe worked its magic and YouTube recommended a video on atomic habits. So I thought of mixing the persistence theory and the atomic habits to create a new routine for myself. And so far it has been a game-changer for me. I started small and to be honest I still am in the small phase. I realized no change is required as long as I follow persistence. If you are interested in making changes as well.
